During the Season, the home is rented by the week. $2,700/week July-August. $1,600/week June through June 21 and after Labor Day. Off-season, weeks and long weekends are available.

Details

  • Maximum 4 adults. Families encouraged. Sleeps 5 with sleeper-sofa or rollaway bed.

  • Must be 25 years or older. Will not split rental agreement between multiple people.

  • Rental weeks are Sunday to Sunday.

  • Located in a family neighborhood. No parties of more than 8 people total in the house. No noise after 10 PM as courtesy to neighbors.

  • Sorry, no pets.

  • No smoking in the house

  • Rental Deposit of $500 required to secure week. Remainder required within 3 weeks of arrival date.

  • Security Deposit of $300 and rental agreement required

  • Cancellation policy: 4 weeks notice but more is appreciated.

  • House address is 201 Bay Blvd., Lavallette NJ 08735. Entrance is on White Avenue.

  • 4 complementary season beach badges are provided at beginning of season. Day passes are available for purchase.
